Everyone in the family of Veerendra Pandya, who lives in a place called Vytarana were all educated and atheists. The parents of Pandya were not atheists.

Pandya went to Shirdi once with his relative and brought the photograph of SAI BABA. But put it in a suitcase as he was an atheist. His family’s condition has become worrying once. No one was following any kind of advice.

Pandya remembered the Photograph of SAI BABA kept in Suitcase. He was worshiping the photograph. Situation has worsened further.

He prayed SAI BABA to save him. Or else he would not worship SAI BABA any further, but decided to put back the photograph in the Suitcase again. There appeared a way to solve the problem. He has written a letter to his mother about the solution

Her mother’s letter suggesting the same solution reached him. Then he could able to understand that SAI BABA has suggested same solution to him and as well to his mother.

He has become the devotee of SAI BABA. He has written a letter to his mother that in future he would spend his life in the path of Devotion only. But mother has written to him to observe the Path of Action (Karma Marg).

Pandya prayed SAI BABA to which path he should follow whether it would be Devotional Path or Action Path. He has put a time also for the decision. Even after time limit was over, SAI BABA has not suggested Him the path to be followed.

He could not understand what to do. He opened the book, SAI BABA upasana, printed by Sai Bhakta Mandali, Bhava Nagar. After reading two to three lines in the book he could understand to follow the Path of Action. He felt that was enough.

Next day was Thursday; it would be good if he has SAI BABA’s darshan on that day. On August 6th 1952 one Fakir blessed Pandya. Pandya felt the Fakir must be SAI BABA.

Fakir told Pandya that we would meet again on next Thursday, for which Pandya told him that it would not be possible as they will go to Shirdi within three, four days.

‘Even though we would meet’ said the Fakir to Pandya. Pandya started on 13th August 1952 and participated in the Noon Arati at Shirdi on 14th August 1952 Thursday.

He could recollect the words of Fakir that we would meet you next Thursday.

Oh SAI BABA! Your miracles were beyond the imagination!
