Am I here? …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 6th September.

Punja was called as Papaji. He had gone to Tiruvannamalai and had the darshan of Shri Ramana Maharshi from Punjab.

Belief in Ramana, which was not there at first, is gradually raising peaks at Poonja.

Then India got divided. Poonja’s family was in Pakistan. There was no security to Hindus.

One of his friends asked Shri Ramanulu to tell Poonja, to bring his family to Indian Land.

Then poonja was attached to your body, I cannot go leaving you. I have so much love on you” said Poonja to Shri Ramanulu.

“I will be there, wherever you are”, replied Shri Ramanulu to Poonja. With the dust of Shri Ramana’s feet he went l to Punjab.

Poonja brought a ticket to His own village Lyalpur. In those days Hindus and Muslims travel in separate compartments for the security.

Papaji was about to board the compartment of Hindus, but afterwards with the advice of Internal Voice he travelled in Muslim’s compartment. He observed that Internal Voice was of none other than of His Shri Ramana’s.

He boarded in the Muslims’ compartment. Muslims would recognise the Poonja as he has a mark of Aum on his hand.

Before reaching the destination the entire Hindu passengers were killed. In Muslims compartment family of 34 people safely reached Lucknow along with poonja with the Shri Ramana’s Security.

He didn’t have the darshan of Shri Ramana at Tiruvannamalai again.

The day Shri Ramanulu attaned Mahasamadhi, Poonja got a severe Chest Pain. He has seen a meteor during that night, heard the news of Shri Ramana’s Mahasamadhi too.

At Lucknow people used to say that Poonja was giving good discourses.

He does not like those words. “I am Poonja was was not talking I have no right on me. Only my Sadguru is talking. I’m only introducing the sayings of My Guru.

He is my Guru only. Poonja was gone long back. Only remaining was my Sadguruvu only. He remained as a soul in my Heart, Poonja used to say”. Similar opinion was expressed by Hemad Pant in Sri Sai Satcharitra.

Poonja attained Mahasamadhi on 6th September 1997.

Today is September 6th. Today is the death anniversary of Poonja. Let us remember Him and Shri Ramanulu.
