On every Sri Rama Navmi festival some descendants families are following the same tradition as their Grandparents :

1. On every SRN festival, Balaji Patil Newaskar used to bring the wheat bag from his Newasa village to Shirdi to offer Baba. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition in Shirdi. They will keep the wheat bag in Dwarakamai.
2. On every SRN festival, Damu Anna Rasne used to come from Ahmednagar to Shirdi to host one flag upon Dwarakamai. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition in Shirdi along with Nimonkar family.
3. On every SRN festival, Nana Saheb Nimonkar used to come from Nimon village to Shirdi to host one flag upon Dwarakamai. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition in Shirdi along with Rasne family.
4. On every SRN festival, Rasne and Nimonkar families host their flags upon Dwarakamai. They first used to come to Tukaram Sutar house in Shirdi. After doing Puja by Tukaram Sutar to their flags sticks,they host their flags upon Dwarakamai. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition.
5. Abdul Baba used to apply Chandan paste on Baba’s samadhi in samadhi mandir and on Nimbar in Dwarakamai. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition.
6. Baba had given one Rama-Seetha coin to Madhavrao Deshpande (Shama). He used to perform puja and abhishek to coin on every SRN festival. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition in Shirdi.

    7. Baba had given one Rama-Seetha coin to Madhavrao Adkar. He used to perform puja and abhishek to coin on          every SRN festival. Still now his descendants are following the same tradition in Pune.
