One can never be able to understand how high God has kept them.
Lord Murlidhar’s (Sri Krishna) glance itself is purifying right ! Similarly Sai Baba’s sight itself purifies everything.
It was not possible for everyone to go Shridi for the darshan of SAI BABA. There will be many hurdles that would not allow them to go to Shirdi. Even though some people have more money in their hand, SAI BABA won’t take Dakshina from them. Not everyone will get the opportunity to talk with Sai Baba. Similarly is the opportunity to sit beside SAI BABA.
Bade Baba was the only fortune one, who sat beside SAI not for a day or two, but until Sai Baba attained maha-samadhi.
Not only making him to sit beside him, SAI BABA used to give much respect to Bade Baba. SAI BABA used to respect Bade Baba like a Guest. SAI BABA never ate without Bade Baba sitting beside Him. Not only that SAI BABA used to walk with Bade Baba to some extent (about 100 steps) as respect towards him, while Bade Baba was leaving to his house
SAI BABA used to give him some money every day from the collection of Dakshina.

After enjoying the SAI Baba’s respect Bade Baba got humanly Ego. He expected respect from SAI BABA’s devotees.
He stooped participating in the Aratis by SAIBABA devotees. He said no when Shirdi villagers asked money for Shirdi Arch construction.
He started telling other devotees how to behave with SAI BABA even though they haven’t asked him.
But SAI BABA was showing immense patience. Sometimes, Bade Baba used to tell SAI BABA that he is going away, to show others how much SAI Baba respects him.
SAI BABA used to stay calm After SAIBABA attained Maha Samadhi nobody looked after Bade Baba in Shirdi.
That is why he died in Nagpur in January doing bhiksha lika a fakir.
On a mirror even a hill will look small.
If, Bade Baba behaved well with the villagers of Shirdi, then Bade Baba would became an ideal person.
