Shri M. Hidayatullah was the Chief Justice of India and famous as the Vice President of India. He has written about SAI BABA on May 16th, 1991.

‘Our Holy Book, the Quran, mentions aulia (Holy Men) It is stipulated to honor them with piety’ explaining thus he has informed about the incidents in his life. SAI BABA was a famous Pious Thinking Saint. Hidayatullah could not have a fortune of Darshan of that Saint with inspiration, faith, miracles and piety.

We have to respect the Saints. The contemporary of SAI BABA, Tajuddeen Baba has sent Hidayatullah half-smoked bidi and informed him that it would be his pen, That was the gift of Tajuddeen Baba, a gift that could be kept for life long. In the History of India, Hidayatullah adorned  many key positions.

As the judge of Supreme Court Justice Hidayatullah investigated a case and informed about the case as follows

‘As a judge of Supreme Court, I tried a case of a Muslim Butcher who made an appearance as SAI BABA and collected money from the public. He was caught and underwent a jail punishment’. That case had come to Hidayatullah to reduce the sentence.

Hidayatullah said a person of Muslim community acted like this was unbearable, for this type of crimes though whipping was banned, the real punishment was not putting him behind the bars, but Whipping was the real punishment.

One should understand that acting like SAI BABA and the support to that act were very mean.

SAI BABA is observing all this. He would not tolerate such deceitful acts further. The person who deceives should obtain the punishment even though he was so big.
