Shri Krishna Jogeshwar Bheeshma was the virtuous man who wrote and compiled SAI BABA’s Arati.

He got a dream on Shravana Purnima (Generally Commes in the month of August) in 1908. In that dream a black man appeared. He got saffron marks on His body. There was a religious mark across his forehead (Tripundramu). His Padukas appears to be done by worshipping with Sandal Paste.

He gave a paper to Bheeshma. Bheeshma asked Him who He was and what was His Name.

He advised with His finger to Bheeshma to read the Paper.  There appeared the letters Satchidananda to Bheeshma. Then that great man said to read it. In that paper, it was written somewhere that “Hymn and teach”. When Bheeshma wanted to ask the meaning of it, the Great Man disappeared and the dream was over.

After some time Khaparde asked Bheeshma whether he would come to Shirdi? Bheeshma said yes and went to Shirdi with Khaparde. After Bheeshma had the darshan of SAI BABA, folding His hands SAI BABA told him that ‘Jai Satthidananda’.

It took some time to Bheeshma to realise that the same person had appeared in his dream. Bheeshma got the opinion in his mind that SAI BABA Himself was Satchidananda. Bhishma’s curiosity about the soul was overflowing. Sai knows that.

Bheeshma and Balwant Khaparde  went for an outing one morning. Sun was just rising then.

Bheeshma saw towards the west. Bheeshma came to know that from his feet to that western side total distance his shadow was spread over.

On the sky over western side there was a rainbow which was like a crown on His head. That scene has created utmost happiness to Bheeshama.

That was none other than his own shadow which was endless and brightened. It was like Jeevatma reaching Paramatma.

He immersed in utmost happiness for some time. They informed this to Khaparde at the wada, he told them that SAI BABA has granted Bheeshma the bliss of Self Realisation.

Then they went to SAI BABA, who also confirmed it by saying what Kaparde said was correct.
