Self-satisfaction! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 18th August.

Sri Baba Saheb Sahasra Budde or Sri Rao Saheb Sahasrabudde was the disciple of Bidkar Maharaj.

In Datta Tradition, he belongs to Swaroopa Sect. Bidkar Maharaj used to call him Ravsa Ratnam.

Bidkar Maharaj was the disciple of Akkalkot Maharaj. This Baba’s original name was Ramachandra Sahasra Budde.

When he had gone to Poona for studying engineering, he had seen Bidkar Maharaj and used to study there the mediation techniques.

He used to do meditation maximum. He has not shown much interest in studies.

Even at the time of examinations also he used to do Mediation, on seeing this his mother told about him to Bidkar Maharaj.

He was completely under my Protection said Bidkar Maharaj.

He has passed in the examinations as well.

When SAI BABA’s students could not study well, their head master was worried.

As they are the devotees of SAI BABA, they passed the examination while applying Udi to their foreheads.

Baba Maharaj has got a job also in P.W.D. He was working in Maharashtra. He used to have the darshan of his Guru every Saturday.

Sometimes by walk to some miles, sometimes he used to cycle he used to go. He should undertake train journey too. For Guru’s darshan he used to trouble much.

He was always indulging in Mediation in his Office too; as such he was called as thief of work.

Some officials have come to test him. He told them through his mouth only, after seeing a small piece of paper, he used to tell the measurements of the buildings, happened to be correct, as per the officials.

He has resigned his job as it was not possible for him to have the darshan of his Guru.

He completely dedicated to the service of his Guru. He used to have the darshan of his Guru’s Samadhi everyday even he was suffering with 105 degrees fever.

In one contest, he used to watch Sun rise to Sun set 21 days, thus seeing the Sun he remained.

The Guru of Aravindo Lele Maharaj has told about Baba Maharaj that he has reached the highest stage in self-realisation.

He used to remain in self-satisfaction forever. He wanted to go to Ayodhya to get him Jala Samadhi in Sarayu River.

But the water in the river was his about leg only even though he went further.

He felt that God did not permit him permission for his Jala Samadhi and came back.

He left his body on August 18th, 1954. Today is August 18,  Baba Maharaj’s death anniversary.

Let us have his devotion to the Guru.
