Govinda Kamalakar Dixit has taken the Foot Wear on his head and brought them from Khandoba Mandir to Dwaraka Mayee in a great Festival Mood. SAI BABA touched that Foot Wear and told them that ‘They were the foot wear of God. Install them beneath the Neem Tree’.

Beneath the Neem Tree near Sathe Wada the holy foot wear were installed.

Bala Saheb Bhate, Dada Kelkar, Bapu Saheb Jog, Upasani Maharaj and Many More participated in the festival. When Upasani Maharaj told that it would be best if God’s symbols such as Lotus, Conch and the Wheel engraved on the Foot Wear of the God, those were also engraved on the foot wear of the God.

Some recognised that these holy symbols were also there under the Holy feet of SAI BABA also.

Not only this, but a verse authored by Upasani Maharaj “Sada Nimbavrikshasya mooladhiwasaat, Sudhastravinam tiktamapiapriyam tam, Tarum Kalpavrikshadhikam sadhayantam Namameeshwaram Sadgurum Sai Natham” also engraved on it. On the installation ceremony of this Paduka (Holy Foot Wear) Pasta Seth of Parsi Religion, Dr. Kothare the disciple of Akkalkot Maharaj and many more participated.

There was a special fame in the ancient tradition about the Holy Foot Wear (Paduka).

SAI BABA too has given importance to the Paduka Pooja (Worship of Holy Foot Wear).

SAI BABA has given Silver Paduka (Holy Foot Wear) in a box to Kaka Saheb Dixit once. On the cover of that box there was a picture of Lord Hanuman. SAI BABA advised him “To take the Padukas with box wherever he goes. They would give him protection” SAI BABA said.

Shri B.V.Narasimha Swamy told Sai Padananda that ‘Remember that SAI BABA’ was Saakaara and Niraakaara first. You worship His Feet first,

Meditate from head to feet, from feet to head, and surrender your mind to His feet.

Let us meditate on the Holy Feet of Lord SAI BABA at Gurusthan in Shirdi.
