hen Adi Shankar told her that ‘Ok, Mother, You can go, but the peethas I am going to establish,

you have to be there as Mata Sharada & you have to get worshipped & to give the devotees your blessing’, Adi Shankara said to Udayabharati.

She was actually Mata Saraswati Herself. Agreeing to the proposal she went back to her Satya Lokam.

Mantripragada Lakshmi Narasimha Rao ji asked SAI BABA, what name should be given to his brother’s daughter, SAI BABA said ‘Name her after Mother Shringeri Sarada Devi.” He has done it accordingly.

Mandana Mishra has taken initiation in to Saint Hood from Adi Shankara & has become Sureswara.

When he was in Shringeri, Adi Shankara has seen a Unique Scene at the shores of River Tunga.

One frog was in labour pains, then a cobra Snake  opened her hood & was protecting frog from scorching sun. It was significance of this place holiness observed Adi Shankara.

He further knows that in that place itself, Rishya Shringa has done penance.  In that holy place it was natural that even animals do not have enemity attitude, Adi Shankara  started one Sarada peetham there.

Adi Shankara has prepared a Shree Chakra on a stone slate & consecrated on the slate Mother Ambika as Mother Sarada’.

Adi Shankara has prayed to Mother Sarada. As promised earlier to Adi Shankara, She was providing blessings to her devotees.

Sureswara Acharya was the Math’s first head. Adi Shankara established this Sringeri Peetham in the month of Pushyam on pournami day (484 B.C).

This Matham has the Very Good caption known as Aham Brahmasmi from Yujurveda.

Here the speciality was that the parents of Adi Shankara in his previous ashram were belong to the tradition of Krishna Yujurveda.

In Shringeri Peetha the names Saraswati, Bharati & Puri were the names given to the bachelors.

Shiva was worshipped as Chandra Mouleeswara along with Mata Sarada Devi in Sringeri Peetha.

The Guru of Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Totapuri Yateendra, Hrishikesh Guru Shivananda, Chinmayananda, who established Chinmaya Ashrams all over, were belongs to the tradition of this Peetham.

More over Adi Shankara has compiled a commentary called Vartkam on Upanishats called Tyttareeya & Bruhadaraka. These were called Vartika Acharya.

The month pushyam generally comes in the month of January.

Let us pray to The Universal Form of Sureswara Acharya as Vaartikacharya, who preached that this world was illusion.
