SAI BABA used to advise His devotees to read the book that is useful to him In fact when Sadguru is there, there is no need for any book to read.

Sadguru helps the devotee remaining at his proximity to devotee’s spiritual development.

When that Sadguru attained Maha Samadhi, the books that He advised His devotees to read  would become pioneer to devotees along with Guru who was all-pervading.

Ganesh Shree Krishna Khaparde has grip over this book – Panchadashi. Khaparde on February 2nd, 1912 wrote about the book thus:

It is about the best work & none can take precedence on it.

Khaparde used to read Panchadashi along with others in Shirdi. It is a matter of interest to note that a Telugu person has written this Panchadashi.

It was written by one Ascetic, one Great Hermit, the Founder of Great Imperial Kingdom, one Savior of Veda Dharma,

one Famous Veda Expert, one who united various traditions, who commented with modern approach the old memories,

one Mystical Political Analyst, Expert in all the arts, one Patron of Music, Literary, & Sculptural Atts & light of Telugus Shree Vidhyaranya.

“Avidyaranya Kaantaare Bhramataam Praaninaam Sadaa

Vidyaa Margopadeshtaaram Vidyaaranya Gurum Shreye”

Thus says Jagadgutu Parampara Stotram. Means ‘Those who walk in the forest called Avidya, I am surrendering the Acharya Vidhyaranya who taught the way for Vidhya’. (Avidya means lack of education & Vidhya means Education).

Earlier it was felt that this Panchadashi written by Vidhyaranya was limited to the warriors only.

That great book has become a guide for ordinary people to get the experience of monism through a Sadguru like SAI BABA.

One should observe that there was no difference between what it was said in this book & what the teachings & actions of SAI BABA.

It is not unreasonable to say that Vedanta Panchadashi was a book form of the teachings & actions of Sadguru like SAI BABA.

SAI BABA used to say that ‘You have the right to get angry on my as my children.

Vidhyaranya has written in Panchadashi that if the child shown disrespect towards them or even beat them, father of that child did not denigrate the child’.

Today is February 2nd, Let us read Panchadashi.
