God is handsome always! It is not possible to describe His beauty. SAI BABA is also handsome. Who can say no?

‘I am very handsome! Is it not so?’ SAI BABA asked one of his devotee Rege once. Rege has so many experiences with SAI BABA.Rege has explained one or two experiences on Shri Rama Navami day in 1915 to Shri B.V. Narasimhaswamy.

Usually Devotees offer Dakshina to SAI BABA, like cloths, books, money etc.

If SAI BABA likes He would give either cloths, or money, to those who had not given anything to Him as well. Thats was is called Maha Prasadam (The Greatest Gift given by God).

That happened on March 25th 1915 on Shri Rama Navami day.

Rege has bought a Zari (A gold or silver thread used to weave an ornamental border for a shawl) Silk Shawl to be presented to SAI BABA from his village.

It was 5 feet square shaped. It was very soft. On folding it had become 6 inches x 6 inches x 1 inch. It was so soft that was fistful. He was earnestly wishing that the shawl should be worn by SAI BABA only.

If SAI BABA wears it, it would be recognition of his love towards SAI BABA he thought.

So many offered cloths to SAI BABA on that day. Rege Neither wrapped on SAI BABA and nor he made visible to anyone.. Rege kept the Shawl under the seat of SAI BABA.

When SAI BABA would see it? When will he wear it? These thoughts never came to Rege. SAI BABA had to take his present and wear it was the only wish he had

BABA returned the cloths that were presented to Him to the same devotees who gave.

SAI BABA then stood up and ordered to dust off the seat on which he was seated. Immediately the packet containing that shawl was found.

SAI BABA took that shawl and said ‘Whose is this? I would not give this to anyone. This is Mine’ and covered His shoulders with the Shawl.

Then SAI BABA asked Rege that ‘After wearing the Shawl I am very handsome, is it not?’ Devotees’ earnest love  alone doubles the beauty of God.

This incident was enough to prove that how SAI BABA honors the love of His devotees!

Let us all get SAI BABA’s love just like the incident on March 25th!
