Before Mahasamadhi of SAI BABA, his biographers were very few. Similarly painters were also very few. That’s why those biographers and painters got good name and fame.

An Artist Shri M. Ramakrishna Rao had come from Bombay to Shirdi in the month of April, 1914 to have the Darshan of SAI BABA. He was pleased at the glow of SAI BABA. If a painter was pleased, his pleasantness would reflect always in his paintings.

Ramakrishna Rao has drawn a picture of SAI BABA IN 2 and ½’ x 2 and ½’. On seeing the painting, many like Kaka Saheb Dixit and Kaka Mahajani felt very happy. That picture was completed on 7th June 1914. Now people wanted to show the same to Sai Baba.

One painter in the past reached to Shyama and asked for the permission from SAI BABA to draw his picture. When Shyama asked for permission, SAI BABA questioned ‘Why my picture? Get your picture drawn! Hence this time devotees were worried about the fate of the picture drawn by Ramakrishna Rao. They placed the painting in Dwaraka Mai and had covered the picture with a white cloth thinking that whatever happens let it happen.

Like in the past Shyama told SAI BABA that ‘This painter has drawn your picture. Do you want to see it? Before the question was completed SAI BABA asked ‘Where is the picture? Bring it to Me, Why should he draw My picture?.’

All could understand that SAI BABA was angry. They brought the picture to SAI BABA.

SAI BABA turned whirled round towards the painting with His Satka and rounding His eyes.

He was about to axe the painting with His Satka. But SAI BABA stopped. Immediately Shyama asked SAI BABA as to what to do with this painting.

Then SAI BABA told Chotu Bhayya who was present there at that time to take the painting with him so that everything he wishes will become or turn to gold.

Chotu Bhayya immediately took the painting to Harda. This brought happiness to Ramakrishna Rao.

SAI BABA’s miracle was a Marvels – SAI BABA’s actions were marvelous

The darshan of SAI BABA’s painting was itself pleasant.
