Dr Vijaya Kumar and his wife Seetha both were SAI BABA’s devotees. Vijaya Kumar was working in Kerala as Medical Officer. Another Doctor Dr. Devakee Vasudevan examined Seetha and decided that Seeta was pregnant.

Further she has fixed the date of delivery as sometime around September 15th, 1979.

Vijaya Kumar’s family went to Bengaluru in July 1979. That was their native.

Smt Seetha wanted to have Darshan of Famous Sai Devotee Sai Padananda. But he was not there. She returned home disappointed. Next day Dr. Vijaya Kumar went to meet Sai Padananda. Sai Padananda had reached to Bengaluru by then.

Sai Padananda told Vijaya Kumar that ‘Do not worry my boy, you have plenty of Grace of SAI BABA on you and that would save all the troubles’.

Then Vijaya Kumar and his wife returned to Kerala. Seetha told her husband on August 25th that she was having stomach pain. He could not respond well as the date of delivery was fixed September 15th. But Vijaya Kumar on seeing the Photograph of SAI BABA, got the instructions to take her to hospital immediately.

The couple reached the hospital immediately. Doctors examined her and told them not to worry. But they remain in the hospital. It was night 9.Seetha started to get Labour Pains. Doctor examined her again and told that situation was out of control, delivery could be possible only through cesarean, that too only one of them either the mother or the child would survive.

Dr. Vijayakumar felt worried. Not only that the doctor told him that the Anaesthesian has gone somewhere, when she would come back was not known. Dr Vijayakumar told the doctor that he could give Anesthesia to the patient. In the meantime the Anaesthesian doctor came back.

She told everyone present that some power has instructed her to go back, that was why she has come.

She gave Anastasia to the patient. Doctor told Dr. Vijayakumar who was sitting outside that both the mother and child were safe. That day was August 26th and Ganesh Chatrurdi too.
