Gajanan Maharaj lives in Shegoan. Once he had thrown one of his devotees by name Bhasker into the floor, hitting him on his heart forcefully. Another devotee of Gajanan Maharaj Bhala Bhaav requested Gajanan Maharaj not to beat him like that.

But Bhaskar said ‘Gajanan was my Master and God. Let Him do whatever He wants. I do not have any pain, more over I have the feeling of tickling’. What is this strange thing no one knows?

Rama Maruti Bua belongs to Natha Tradition. He once had the darshan of SAIBABA when the Noon Arati was in progress. SAIBABA stopped the Arati temporarily, and hugged Rama Maruti Bua and asked Him to sit beside Him during the Arati.

Then SAIBABA allowed to continue the Arati. That’s what the respect given by SAIBABA to Rama Maruti Bua.

Rama Maruti used to call SAIBABA as Adinatha. SAIBABA used to call Rama Maruti as Bhujanga Natha. Although Rama Maruti was in a very high spiritual position, he behaved like an ordinary devotee, an ordinary man.

During the Bhajan time Rama Maruti used to jump and dance beautifully. That dance was very pleasurable to the audience. While doing Meditation, Rama Maruti used to go up very high from the floor. All call him as the incarnation of Lord Hanuman.

Once when he was in Shirdi, Sai Baba got angry with someone and threw away Aarti’s equipment and offerings. Ram Maruti was present there. SAIBABA lifted Rama Maruti and threw him.

Rama Maruti then said he was very happy at the incident, and he had the feeling of sending him to Highest World at once.

Rama Maruti Maharaj was famed as Great Master (Sadguru).

He attained Maha Samadhi on September 28, 1918. His tomb was in Kalyan.
