Ramakrishna Paramahansa while displaying His Photograph used to say that ‘This will travel in the Train Compartments, On Sea, & On Ships. People would keep it in their pockets, on their Wrist Watches too’.

It has become reality. In the matter of SAI BABA too, it has become reality.

One devotee has written to Hari Seetharam Dikshit on 16th January 1925 that ‘You have given me the Portrait of SAI BABA & Udi.

I have come out of the difficulties by keeping the Portrait of SAI BABA & Udi always with me’.

By 1925 itself SAI BABA’s portrait & Udi have become the constant companions & Helpers. After 90 years, we don’t need to tell the situation.

Dhumal was the lawyer in Nashik, he had taken one photograph of SAI BABA from Radhakrishna Mayee.

SAI BABA has seen him while he was going to Wada taking the photograph with him. SAI BABA asked him ‘What is that Bhav?’.

Dhumal replied that ‘You were there in this photograph’. SAI BABA then asked him to Give That Photograph to Him.

After taking the Photograph, SAI BABA said to Dhumal that ‘Keep this with you carefully’.

Dhumal was waiting for that great fortune for many days. He has worshiping it since then.

But there was a difficulty. Dhumal used to travel between Nashik & Devar so many times, Dhumal used to take the Portrait of SAI BABA with him.

That means SAI BABA has become a constant companion & helper to Dhumal.

He used to take that Portrait of SAI BABA & other pictures with him. Someone told him that they should be kept there indeed.

He used to put the chits to know what would be the SAI BABA’s decision on this matter.

Every time take the photographs with you, used to come in the chit. Through this chits, SAI BABA has given the instructions.

Dattatreya Damodar Rasne has gone to Pilgrimage with his family. Then too he was carrying the Portrait of SAI BABA with him.

He was attacked with Cholera at a place called Muthra. Benzoin Sticks were lit & put under the head of Dattatreya Damodar Rasne.

By that time, SAI BABA has attained Maha Samadhi. But SAI BABA has not left  Dattatreya Damodar Rasne. Dattatreya has got cured. He lived with happiness.

Not only that, SAI BABA used to say that ‘He would be in everyone’s pocket, on wrist watches, & He would be  peeping many others’.
