Salutations to Hayavadana! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 4th March.

‘My mother was very happy when I was born’ said SAI BABA.

Mother Saraswati and Father Deveraj Bhattu too were happy after their first child was born.

That little kid has become very famous as Vadiraja Swamy in the tradition of Madhwa.

Vadiraja Swamy used to prepare Offering at Sode Math and offer daily with Chickpea Dal, Jaggery and Dried Grapes every day.

One White Horse used to come and put its two legs on the Shoulder of Vadiraja and used to take the offering from the plate kept on his head.

Some offering was left by that God was taken as Prasadam by Vadiraja Swamy.

A black smith was preparing a Ganapati Idol with gold once, The idol was becoming as Hayavadana despite his preparing many a times.

In a dream vision one night to the Black Smith, Hayavadana has advised the Black Smith to give that Golden Hayavadana’s idol to Vadiraja Swamy. That idol is being worshipped even today at Sode Math.

Hayavadana is always accompany Vadiraja Swamy. Vadiraja Swamy went to Pandarpur Kshetra once and remained there for some days.

He used to stay in one Ashram there. In Pandarpur, a farmer was farming Chickpeas. A Whitest Horse was eating the Chickpeas while the farmer was farming in the farm.

When the farmer has complained to the authorities of a Ashram, when that Whitest Horse has gone inside.

The residents of the Ashram have refused that there was no horse at all in the Ashram.

Vadiraja, who stayed there, went to the farm and asked the farmer to show him the place where the horse eaten the Chickpeas.

The farmer shown him the place. Golden Chickpeas were visible to them. Vadiraja Swamy said that that farmer was very lucky person.

Vadiraja Swamy used to eat the remains of Offering. When one day Hayavadana has not left any remains and ate entire Offering.

Everyone astonished for this strange thing. The colour at the neck of idol of Hayavadana has become Blueish.

Someone wanted to kill Vadiraja Swamy and has mixed poison in the offering.  If that was remained, Vadiraja Swamy would have died after eating it.

That’s why Hayavadana has not left any offering, has taken the poison himself by Hayavadana. That is the love of God towards His Disciple.

When the dish prepared with Aubergine and offered to Hayavadana his neck has become normal from blueish.

Vadiraja Swamy has attained Life Samadhi on Phalguna Bahula Truteeya. Generally the Phalguna Masam would come in the month of March.
