Hemad Pant (The writer of Shri Sai Satcharita) and his family was one of the lucky families who got the enormous blessings of SAI BABA. Krishna Bai was the daughter of Hemad Pant. She was married to Rajaram Valavalakar in the year 1916.

Hemad Pant was feared that her delivery would be difficult. The same thing happened.

When SAI BABA was there why fear? SAI BABA has given him courage. Baby boy was born. The boy could not drink milk.

Hemad Pant brought the boy and kept him at the feet of SAI BABA. SAI BABA has fed the boy who was not drinking milk with His Thumb. That baby boy drank the milk from SAI BABA’s Thumb. It was SAI BABA’s nectar hand.

That boy had become the devotee of SAI BABA. His name was Anant Prabhu Valavalakar. SAI BABA granted him realization too. He used to visit Shirdi.  His mother got sick once. He felt that last days of his mother was nearing

He initiated a hymn and started for Shirdi. She was chanting the Hymn. On reaching Shirdi Anantha was doing the regular parayana of Shri Sai Satcharita (Written by his Grand Father) in the Samadhi Mandir.Parayana was on. While he was doing the parayana he got a telegram that his mother’s condition reached the final stage.

There was a saying that Mother is God {Maatru Devo Bhava). The Adivasankara, the renowned abbot, faced the similar situation.

Shankara promised his mother that he would come to her when she was at her last stage. With his subtle body Shankar reached his mother through his Yogic Powers.

But, Ananta was not having such powers. Distance was very much, but the time was too short.

The Parabrahma Incarnate SAI BABA has no parents, but advises His devotees to Give at most Importance to Mother.

SAI BABA, immediately brought a horse. On it SAI BABA and Anantha travelled like a whirlwind and with a emotional speed reached his mother at Dadar and gave her happiness. She merged in SAI BABA.

Anantha has become Dev Baba at later days. Dev Baba merged in SAI BABA on 25th May, 1994.

If we do some seva to our Mother to fulfill her Debt to some extent SAI BABA would bless us!
