Riding on two horses at a time! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 4th June.

Everyone calls Yogeendra Moninee Mitra as Yoginmaa! She was a house holder.

She used to do spiritual practices. She has not left both of them throughout her life. That means she used to ride on two horses at a time.

Her husband was a rich man. her inlaw’s house has a family Guru, he has initiated her with goddess Mantra.

Her husband was a dishonest man. Once she has come to her mother’s house along with her daughter.

Then and there itself she was introduced to Ramakrishna Paramahansa. Ramakrishna was her inlaw’s Guru. He confirmed the Devi Mantra initiated by him.

SAI BABA also used to tell to any of his devotees the Mantra given by their family Guru and chant it.

Through the influence of Yogin Maa, her husband tried to change his life style. He had the darshan of Ramakrishna Paramahansa!

During his last days, Yogin Maa brought him to Mother’s house to do service to him.

While doing meditation at Brindavan Lalabai Ahramam, she has gone to Samadhi stage. She remained as statue.

The time for temple to close has come. The disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Yogananda Swamy while searching her got to know where she was, and whispered in her ear the Mantra of Ramakrishna’s Nama. She has come to ordinary state after some time.

She used to worship the God’s Photos with devotion. She used to see Loving God in her spiritual thoughts.  She remained like that for three days.

She used to observe Pancha Tapam. She used to burn the fire on her four sides with sun on top as fifth fire, from Morning to Evening she used to perform.

While doing mediation flies used to fall on her eyes. She was not conscious of it.

She remained with her mother, she used to do service to her. After the marriage of her daughter too, she was acting as House Holder.

Both her daughter and son-in-law died. She used to look after their children too.

Like SAI BABA’s devotee Bapu Saheb Jog, Yogin Maa used to work without rest.

Even in the cold and torrential rain, bathing in the Ganges every day and meditating for two hours did not change.

Both the points gone parallel to each other throughout the life. That is called Riding on Two Horses at time.

Her foot touched the cloth of an Ascetic once. Immediately she offered Namaskaram to him. ‘Mother! by your feet  touch, I was a blessed’ that Ascetic told.

She took Mahasamadhi in supreme consciousness state on June 4th, 1924.

Today is June 4th. Her Death Anniversary. Let us implement her ideal once.
