Immoral People! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 28th June.

Kalipada Ghosh was a friend of Girish Chandra. Like Girish Chandra, Kalipada Ghosh also a Person with no morals.

Vishnu Priyangini was wife of Kalipada. She approached Ramakrishna Parmahansa to give any medicine to change him.

Paramahansa sent her to Mata Sharada. She sent her again to Paramahansa. Like this three times happened.

Mata Sharada has written the name of Ramakrishna Paramahansa on a Bilwa Dalam and asked her to chant the name of God.

Priyangini chanted the name continuously for twelve years without any break.

Kalipada once met with Ramakrishna Paramahansa with girish, Ramakrishna Paramahansa told “After troubling his wife for twelve long years, this fellow has come here”.

“What do you want?” asked Ramakrishna Paramahansa.

Kalipada without shame asked Ramakrishna Paramahansa to give him some wine, Smiling Paramahansa told him that “I would give you, but it would intoxicate you more”.

“Then it must be manufactured at Britain, Give me some” he requested Paramahansa.

“If you taste this wine, other tastes will go away” said Ramakrishna Paramahansa. Kalipada thought for a while and requested Paramahansa to give him some.

Paramahansa touched him. Kalipada started crying. He got peace slowly.

Kalipada understood the power of Ramakrishna Paramahansa.

Kalipada touched the feet of Ramakrishna Paramahansa tightly without leaving them while Ramakrishna Paramahansa travelling in a boat and started weeping saying,

‘When I leave this world, there would be darkness around me, that darkness would afraid me, at that time you are the only savior, at that time you hold a light on one hand, hold me with right hand.

I would stay forever with you, you fulfill my prayer’ cried Kalipada.

Ramakrishna Paramahansa agreed for this. That immoral fellow becomes a best devotee.

Kalipada once brought flowers from the garden to worship Sri Ramakrishna.

Another devotee called Manmohan told him that flowers brought while wearing shoes should not be used for worship.

Kalipad did not know this. Immediately he left the shoes and went to Market to bring the flowers after purchasing them. That shows his devotion.

Kalipada left his body on June 28, 1905. While taking his last breath Kalipada has lifted his right hand up.

Explaining this incident ‘See Ramakrishna Paramahansa has personally come here to take him while holding his right hand, Gurudev personally came here to take him. Brother Baburam clearly saw this scene.
Today is June 28, Kasipad’s death anniversary. Though he was immoral, he truly repented.
