One new tradition was introduced by SAI BABA’s Devotee Dasganu – He used to go to Kopargaon and bring the water from River Godavari there and used the water to worship SAI BABA on Shri Rama Navami Day.

The disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahansa Gireesh Chandra Ghosh has started a new tradition that every actor playing roles in the dramas should offer Namaskaram to portrait of Ramakrishna Paramhansa.

Girish was a great Promoter, Actor and Writer in the Bengali drama.

While he was playing a drama once, the famous Eswar Chandra Vidyasagar was watching it.

In one of the scenes, Girish used to scold a lady. Eswar Chandra Vidyasagar was touched by the incident.

Eswar Chandra Vidyasagar has thrown his shoe upon the role i.e. on Girish Chandra. Immediately,

that actor has taken the shoe into his head and offered Salam to the audience and told them happily that he has not received such an appreciation so far, he said.

He has not only lived on dramas. That great actor was a drunkard and egoist.

Once he told Ramakrishna Paramahansa that ‘Oh! Great Man! The boat I am sitting has become impure’.

Then Ramakrishna Paramahansa asked him ‘How could you tell this?’ ‘If a light was brought to the room which was fed up with a darkness since thousands of years, whether that room would be brightened gradually or in one minute it would be brightened’.

For which Girish replied that ‘It would be brightened in a minute’. Girish could understood that the comparison was about himself by Ramakrishna Paramahansa.

Girish then made Ramakrishna Paramahansa as his life’s charioteer.

He has become one of the main disciples of Ramakrishna Paramahansa.

He was the flower who has attached himself to the fruit tree of Ramakrishna Paramahansa. The flower has become unripe fruit. Once there was heavy wind. That Unripe Fruit has swung.

Then, Girish has got a doubt for a minute that after his death where would he go? Immediately he relieved.

At that moment, another disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahansa Shri Mahendra Nath has come there.

He asked him to blow him with his shoes. ‘I am not telling out of humour’ he told. Then Girish asked him the reason.

‘If a fact is to told, I deserved to receive the blows of shoes. Shri Ramakrishna Paramahansa remained in my heart and saving me every moment,

I used to think what would happen me after my death’ Girish told.

Even a minute swung that unripe fruit has attached to the tree of Ramakrishna & become ripe.

February 28, 1844 was the birth day of Girish.

Let us remain attached to Sadguru like Girish.
