Yoga Kala Prapoorna! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 16th June.

Born in Muganda Agraharam, Oruganti Lakshmi Narasimha Murthy became Nrusimha Yogeendra.

He got the maximum blessings from Ramlala Maha Prabhuvu.

Ramlala Prabhuvu, was roaming on banks of River Ganga once with his disciples. Ramlala’s Handstick fell in River Ganga.

‘Areh! Handstick fell into the river’ told Sadguruvu. The disciples were running around. But Narsing (Nrusimha Yogeendra) jumped into the river and started swimming for the stick.

It seemed he got the stick once, but it went away. Like this the boy swam one mile in the river for the stick.  He got the stick and handed over it to his Guru at last.

Ramlala Prabhuvulu told him, ‘My son! We could get the another stick. But could it be possible for me to get you once anything happened to you?”

“Like Flute to Lord Krishna, you will have the stick in your hand. For that stick we have to give our life” told Narsing. This incident was symbol of Devotion to Guru.

Narsing learnt many Yoga asanas (postures) due to the blessings of Prabhuvulu without having any trouble.

He told humbly he has got all the Asanas that were taught in Pathanjali’s Yoga.

He came to Andhra Pradesh with his father as per instructions of his Guru, he has dedicated his life to Yoga and Meditation.

He got married. The name and fame of Ramlala Prabhuvu has spread in Andhra Pradesh due to Narsing.

Nrusing Yogeendra has many disciples as Ramlala Prabhuvu. He too has got maximum love towards his disciples.

Due to family problems one discple Kondala Rao has consumed poison. Kondala Rao was a disciple of Nrusing Yogeendra.

Immediately, Nrusing Yogeendra has made Kondala Rao to do many Yogic Actions and saved his life.

Kondala Rao has become a dedicated devotee to Nrusing Yogeendra. Like Hanuman to Lord Rama,

He used to do every work of his guru. Nrusing Yogeendra while bathing called for a towel from the bath room.

Before his wife Lakhmi Devi brought the towel, then Kondal Rao was about to give the towel.

‘For everything he comes running, let his leg be broken’ thought Lakshmi Devi. Only a moment the leg of Kondala Rao was unable to function and then it functioned in the next moment.

In the bath room the leg of Nrusing Yogeendra was broken. The pain of Kondala Rao was taken away by Nrusing Yogeendra easily.

Andhra University has presented him Kala Prapoorna for his expertise in Yoga in 1975.

Nrusing Yogeendra has left his body on June 16th, 1978.

Today is June 16th, Death anniversary of Nrusinha Yogeendra. Let us remember him. Let us get the blessings of our Guru.
