Sajeeva Samadhi! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 22nd August.

SAI BABA asked “Take me to Wada” at the time of Attaining His Maha Samadhi.

Adoni Nawab gave Manchala village to Raghavendra Swamy at the banks of Tungabhadra River. Raghavendra built an ashram on the banks of the Tungabhadra and preached Dharma.

Sadguru Raghavendra wanted to attain Sajeeva Samadhi and asked his disciple Venkanna to build a Brindavanam.

On seeing the Brindavanam built by Venkanna, Sadguru Raghavendra Swamy felt happy, and told Venkanna that this is very beautiful, but it was not built for me, Lord Sri Hari built this for some else in beforehand.

He built another Brindavanam and on Virodikrut Shravana Bahula Vijaya Dasami Friday in the year 1671 he attained Sajeeva Samadhi.

Raghavendrulu were always alive. As Sai Baba says he would do entire programmes through his Samadhi only.

While Guru Raghavendra Swamy was attaining Sajeeva Samadhi, his disciple Appannacharulu was not there.

He was telling Guru Mahima Stotram extemporly. On the way river Thungabhadra was flowing frenzy, he did not bothered.

He crossed it by chanting the Guru Mahimna Stotram extemporly the last stanza was left.

In the midway one of Raghavendra’s disciples told him that Guru attained Sajeeva Samadhi at Brindavanam.

At Guru’s Brindavan he was wept like a child with beating his heart for his separation.

“Appanna! Complete the Shri Guru Mahimna Stotram’s last stanza using ‘Saakshi Hayaa Stotrahi’” told Guru Raghavendra. This voice was heard from the Guru’s Brindavanam itself.

That means, Sadguru Raghavendra was alive, and the Appannacharyas and others who heard the verse were pleased.

Vageendra Teertha was serving the Guru Raghavendra Swamy with maximum devotion. Vageendra has extemporly told Guru Charana Stavam.

As if it was agreed by Guru Raghavendra Swamy, His Brindavanam moved slightly.  There was rain of flowers on the head of Vageendra.

Guru Raghavendra Swamy used to talk with Shri Jagannath Dasu of Dasa Kootami from Brindavanam itself.

Manro has also got the Sajeeva Samadhi darshan of Guru Raghavendra. Guru Raghavendra was there then and now too.

Raghavendra was joined in Brindavanam in Shravana Bahula Vidiya, he responds to the call of his devotees.

“Poojyaya Raghavendraya Satya Dharma Rathayacha!

Bhajataam Kalpavrukshaya, Namataam Kaamadhenave Namah!”
