The fore fathers of Swamijee Maharaj Shivadayal Singh belong to Nanak sect.

The grandfather of Shiv Dayal Singh was a devotee of Tulasi Saheb!

He used to do service to Tulasi Saheb with much love. Once he invited Tulasi Saheb to his house.

When about Tulasi Saheb was to come, they have put the wet cloths poured in rainwater on the way.

Tulasi Saheb repented for putting his Mud Foot on them without seeing.

‘They were not become dirt, rather your Foot Prints have come in the cloths. They were very valuable to us’ they told.

All those present prostrated before the feet of Tulasi Saheb. Tulasi Saheb felt happy and asked them to ask for a boon.

Shiv Dayal Singh’s grandmother shown her daughter- in-law Maha Maya to Tulasi Saheb to bless her with a son.

Tulasi Saheb blessed her and told that one great person would be born to her. SAI BABA also has granted children to the devotee’s devotion.

The result of Tulasi Saheb’s blessing was Shiv Dayal Singh. Shiv Dayal Singh is born on August 25, 1818. Afterwards two more children were born to her.

With the blessings of Tulasi Sahen born Shiv Dayal Singh was instrumental in establishing Radhaswamy Satsang.

He used to do meditation at his tiny age of 5  years only. When Tulasi Saheb used to come to his home, he used to remain with his legs folding, in this Asana he used to remain hours together.

Shiv Dayal Singh knew many languages. He used to teach to the sons of Vallabha Garh Maharaj.

He left the job, as he was not getting time for doing meditation and joined in a job which was having less salary.

He used to send money to his father as much as possible for him.

After learning that his father was not feeling well, he left the job, and he has completely indulged in the service of his Father.

His father was happy for his son’s dedication towards him. Father has passed away.

For running his family, he used to put the money on interest.

After his father passed away, he called the remaining debtors to him, asked them to give him whatever money possible for them, it was enough he told.

His younger  brother torn the debt papers.

He was married to Narayani Devi.  She used to serve her husband.

For all the devotees of Shiv Dayal Singh she was mother like.  All call her as Radha.

Shiv Dayal Singh was instrumental in establishing Radhaswamy Satsang. Radha means Mind. For Mind Shiv Dayal Singh was the chief.

Once people come to him and said that there were no rains in their area, and asked him to get the rains, but he has not opened his mouth.

One devotee called Vishnu told that tomorrow there would be rain pouring in.

Her Guru Shiv Dayal Singh told her that you should not told like that. Not raining was the God’s miracle. But, the rain poured down to keep the disciple’s word.

Today is August 25th. The birth anniversary of Shiv Dayal Singh. Let us remember him.
