‘When the path to Devotion is lost, People have become devoid of righteousness, Shri Samardha Ramadas was born, & through Shivajee saved the Kindgom from Yavanas (Greeks)’ said Hemad Pant in Shri Sai Satcharitra.

The Yoga Group of Samardha Ramadasu was called either Ramadasu Panchayatanam or Ramadasu Panchakam (Five of Ramadasu).

They were Samardha Ramadasu, Jayarama Swamy, Ranganatha Swamy, Ananda Murthy & Keshava Swamy.

Keshava Swamy ji has made Nizam Area & Bhagya Nagar as his land of action. Swamy Keshava Swamy was Yogi, but used to preach Devotion only.

Once, Keshava Swamy ji was performing Hari Katha programme. One mighty Pathan has come there with his gang.

Keshava Swamy jee welcomed him. The Pathan has seen the picture of Radha Krishna on the curtain behind the Hadi Dasu.

He challenged that if he could able to make Radha Krishna in the picture to eat Tamboolam (Pan) he would believe the story true, or otherwise I would collect Rs. 100 each from everybody as punishment.

All were stood with fear. Keshava Swamy ji[s tone has become choked. He prayed Radha Krishna & meditated on them.

‘If you are love on me Show me Darshan & the ingenuity’ Keshava Swamy prayed Lord Krishna.

He started to the Nama Sankeertana. Everybody present there mixed their voice in the Nama Sankeertana.

Suddenly a lightening occurred there. The Pan in the Hands of Radha was seen in the mouth of Lord Krishna.

On seeing this marvel, the Pathan has trembled. He asked excuse to Kesava Swamy ji. He has become the disciple of Kesava Swamyji.

There was Religious Toleration stirred there. Many Mahummodans have become the disciples of Keshava Swamy ji.

Other Mohammadin Panchayatam (Five people) used to come to Kesava Swamy jee.

Even Maharaja Shivajee too had the Darshan of Kesava Swamy ji.

The land where Yavanas (Greeks) flourished well that was in Bhagya Nagar,

Hindu’s symbol Saffron Flag was hoisted by Swamy Kesava ji. That greatness goes to him only.

He took Life Samadhi in 1610on Shuddha Trayodashi of Pusha Month. Generally Pusya Month comes in January.

Let us remember Keshava Swamy jee who lived with courage & distributed the devotion.

His Samadhi was there in Hyderabad Jia Guda & let us have darshan of this & be blessed.
