Confluence of Devotion and Knowledge! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 8th October.

One can see the Confluence of Devotion and Knowledge in Keshava Teertha Swamy!

He used to sleep keeping the photograph of Dhruva Narayana by his side during his childhood.

He has seen Lord Narasimha in his dream, as such he went to Mattapalli and had the darshan of Narasimhaswamy there and later he erected the Swamy in his Mind.

On going to Vedadri, he vowed that he won’t touch food till the darshan of Narasimhaswamy.

He has done topmost penance for three days. On Shayana Ekadashi day in the early hours Lord Narasimha has given him darshan and told him to go to His Ashram and start programmes of Devotion, Knowledge, Action and Yoga.

While climbing down the hill he observed that he got supernatural power senses to him.

He wanted to have the Mantra Deeksha through Narasimha Swamy only.

With the idea in mind, he was doing penance. On Magha Pournima (1944) his desire was fulfilled.

At midnight the temple bells were rang. In the brighten light that lit his eyes, He got Lord Narasmiha’s 32 letter Maha Mantram.

Keshava Tertha has known the Mantra by heart, and praised the Lord Narasimha.

Keshava Teertha once used to read the Books written by  Rama Teertha in Narasarao Peta. That was another change in his life.

He merged with Knowledge Yogi Shri Rama Teertha. He established Rama Teertha Seva Ashram in Piduguralla.

He was translating the Ramateertha’s books in Telugu. He was doing the work without any break, so got Nervous Weakness.

His voice was half shut. Right hand stopped working. He was doing his work with his left hand that Vikramaaditya.

He gave discourses on the Books of Rama Teertha, and he made the Devotion and Knowledge to the readers.

Vivekananda’s lion’s roaring was heard in his voice. Rama Teertha’s kindness was visible in his speeches.

Rama appeared to the readers through his spiritual monthly magazine.

In his speeches,  new civilisation, the Veda Rishi were visible.

Tulsidas’ Rama Charita Manas was given as a couplet in Telugu for today’s generation.

SAI BABA left his body after listening Rama Vijaya. Keshav Teertha left his body after listening Jnandev’s Hari Katha.

Both birth and death of Keshava Teertha happened in October month only.

His Guru Rama Teertha’s birth and death happened in October only.

Is this a coincidence?  Keshava Teertha was born on 8th October 1917.

Today is his Birth Anniversary. Let us remember him.
