All the Great Men need not be nationally and internationally famous like SAI BABA. But they were not lower in their level.

Darveshes brought a tiger that was suffering with sickness to SAI BABA.

It has no relation with SAI BABA previously. Immediately on having the darshan of SAI BABA, it has passed away.

Sarveswarananda was on a tour. One cow was there to serve him. Last days have come to that cow.

That cow, a dumb living has a desire to see Sarveswarananda, whom she served all along once. She could not call him.

Is it necessary to call? By cancelling his tour, Sarveswarananda has come to Ashram, he made three rounds to that cow, touched the cow with a Rudraksha, while starin at its eyes, the cow has merged in Sarveswara.

Sarveswarananda fulfilled the desire of that dumb being like that.

This incident again resembles the relation of Ramana Maharshi and the cow called Shri Lakshmi.

The previous name of Sarveswarananda Giri was Sambasiva Reddy.

He wanted to take Saint Hood and when he sought permission from his mother, then she asked the secret behind her life and the welfare that has to happen through him to this universe.

When he informed her she was satisfied and permitted.

He chanted Gayatri Mantra for Lakhs and lakhs at Erramala Hills’ and has become Siddha.

He worshipped Mata Shri Raja Rajeswari, as expressionless, Nirguna form and had darshan of Goddess. He was called Bala Yogi. Then his age was only thirteen years.

At Narayana Puram, there was a drought, where there was no water and food to all the villagers, they approached Sarveswarananda for relief.

He made the rain to pour on them, he has made those illiterates, through his discourses to turn inward.

He built the Ashram in a place, where he saw a frog was sitting on a Naga Snake without any fear.

When the priests at Uma Maheswaram asked him to arrange River Ganga  for the abhishekam of Lord Shiva, Sarveswarananda not only arranged the River Ganga for the abhishekam, he also created a Mangala Sutram for the welfare of the universe.

The Great Persons need only the welfare of the Universe.

Sarveswarananda Giri has merged in Lokeshwara on March 18th, 2003.
