‘What happened then? He was my brother’ said SAI BABA. All the religions were liked by Great People like SAI BABA. No religion was disregarded.

Muthuswamy Deekshitulu used to go with his father to the fort of Saint George at Madras.

He heard the song by Britishers ‘God Saved the King’.

That song was given Sanskrit Sounds by Muthuswamy and prepared Prayer to Devee. It was appreciated by all.

Muthuswami Deekhitulu was one of the Trio of Carnatic Music. His fame was unlimited.

His wife has a desire to wear the ornaments once. He prayed Lakshmi Devi in Raaga set to Lalit – Hiranmayeem, Lakshmim Sadaa Bhajaami. Goddess Lakshmi has given his wife a dream vision that night.

Goddess Lakshmi appeared to her wearing all the ornaments and said ‘Your Husband is My Form’. His wife understood that Muthuswamy himself was Sangeeta Lakshmi.

Then what ornaments did she require? After morning she told her husband about previous night’s dream. He praised Goddess Lakshmi with the song ‘Mangala Devataya Bahumaanitoham’.

‘Do not strain yourself for Food and Clothing’ SAI BABA used to say.

His disciples were also staying in the house of Muthuswamy. His wife used to look after their food arrangements.

Once all the items for food were emptied in their home. Knowing this, a disciple called Kamalamma was about to go to sell her ornaments to bring money for items.

Muthuswamy understood the matter and stopped her. He went to the Mandir of Tyagesha and sung ‘Thyagarajam Bhajare and come back home.

Then a proprietor of a Inn has gave the items required for food in the house of Muthuswamy Deekshitulu.

Then Muthuswamy wrote a song on Thyagaraja to express his gratitude to Thyagaraja Swamy (God) ‘Thyagarajena Samrakshana Toham’.

While he was going to Yettayaapuram, people there suffering as there were no rains. Then he sung ‘Salilam Varshayam Varshaya Amriteswari prayed Goddess Devee. Goddess Devee Blessed them, there was rain poured in.

March 24th, 1775 was Muthuswamy’s Birth Anniversary.
