Japan invaded University of Bangkok. They jailed the confined. And a special troop took other prisoners and started killing them.

One day that group came and took a person with them from the Jail, everyone thought they will kill that person. Why because, the program was happening like that.

That prisoner was not killed. What was the reason? The prisoner was none other than Arthur Osborne.

He himself has narrated that incident. ‘When they tried to kill me with the bullets, I stood before the group with my eyes closed.

I have seen the Photograph of Bhagavan Ramana and there are two books of him with me. 

I did not pray to the Bhagavan Ramana. But Bhagavan Ramana’s Picture has come to my mind.

I do not know why, they left me without firing me and sent to me the place where political Prisoners were kept’ Thus said Arthur Osborne.

There at Thiruvannamalai, his wife and child used to pray Bhagavan Ramana. Osborne son’s name was Adam.

‘Yes Adam! The father of Adam would be coming back’ Bhagavan Ramana has informed about his father’s release.

People there could understand the Bhagavan Ramana’s blessings and his mercy then to Osborne and others.

After Bhagavan attained Maha Samadhi, Bhagavan appeared in a dream and kept his hand on Osborne’s head like blessings.

Osborne then understood that Bhagavan has ordered him to write books on him. He has written many books on Ramana Maharshi.

Osborne worked for sometime at Kolkata. Bhagavan appeared to him one night at Kolkata and asked him to write about SAI BABA.

Osborne has replied in his dream itself that he could not know more about SAI BABA.

Then Bhagavan told him to go to SAI BABA’s temple at once, SAI BABA himself tell you what to write about him. That dream itself has taken him to Shirdi.

It was there that he has written ‘The Incredible Saibaba’. That was the first English Book on Shirdi Sai Baba.

Even now too people from those western countries praise that book.

In 1962, there was a financial crisis in Ramana Ashramam. To get rid of the same, Arthur Osborne started a magazine called ‘The Mountain Path’.

Osborne was not only a devotee, but a person with wisdom, not only a greatest writer, but could able to know the last moments of him;

He was such a reformer who told his wife who was sitting at his feet a Big Thank you.

He merged in Bhagavan Ramana on May 8th, 1973. Let us remember him. Let there be Self Realisation like him.
