Bhava Tarani! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 31st May

When one hears the name of Shirdi, SAI BABA would be remembered. Similarly when one hears the name of Dakshineshwar, Ramakrishna Paramahansa would be remembered.

The Temple Complex at Dakshineshwar was built by Proprietor of a Landed Estate Rani Rasmani.

Rani Rasmani made all the arrangements to go to Kashi Pilgrimage and had the darshan of Kashi Vishwanath and Mata Annapoorna there.

On the previous day of her journey,  Lady of Universe has given her dream darshan and advised her ‘Not to go to Kashi for Darshan, instead, consecrate Her Beautiful Statue in a Very Beautiful Mandir and made arrangements for worship.

In that Statute I would remain always and receive your offerings the Universal Mother advised her.

She then brought twenty acres of land in the eastern side of River Ganga’s bank near Kolkata called Daskhineshwar.

The temple building was started in 1847. There along with the main temple of Kali Mata, there was Radhakanta’s Temple and twelve more temples.

During those days itself, she has spent Rs. 50,000 for land, Rs. 9,00,000 for the construction of temple, to build steps along the bank of River Ganga Rs. 1,60,000  not only this, she has donated the property worth Rs. 2,26,000 for management of the temple.

When statue of Kalika Mata was started, Rani Rasmani started penance like deeds such as bathing three times a day, take very ordinary vegetarian food and sleeping on a floor like an ordinary women.

The readied statue of Mata Kalika was kept in a box. Then Rasmani has got a dream vision again and Mata Kalika asked her how many days she should be kept in a box in a closed position, I am not able to breath, immediately consecrate Me’.

Then Rani Rasmani discussed the matter with Scholars for Good Day.

The scholars decided that good day as May 31st, 1855. Ramakrishna Paramahansa’s brother has done consecration to that statue.

Devotees from all over India have come to the consecration and had the Prasad of Mata Kalika and got blessed. That day alone Rani Rasmani has spent Rs. 2,00,000/.

Ramakrisna Paramahansa has served Mata Kali there for thirty years. She has given him Darshan there.

The name of the Kali Maa there was Bhava Tarani.

With Black Marble Stone that Kalika Murthy could stand on the heart of Lord Shiva.

Today was the day consecration was done to that.

Rani Rasmati has spent her last days while remembering Bhava Tarini. Today was May 31st. The day of consecration of Statue of Maa Kali there.

If we have not had the darshan of Bhava Tarani, let us pray to her and be blessed.
