BABA HELPED TO REUNITE WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS  ON THE WAY TO SHIRDI–Audio

I am Damodara from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I am sharing one memorable Leela of Sai Baba.

On 6^th February 2000, I boarded the Konark Express with my wife, two daughters and father-in-law to visit Shirdi via Pune.

On the way, when the train stopped at Secundrabad station I got down and brought some breakfast for my family members and then went to the platform to bring a bottle of drinking water.

But by the time I returned back the Konark Express has gained speed to leave the Secundarabad station. I ran as fast as possible but could not catch the train.

I was left at the Secundarabad Station with the train ticket and the family members were on the running train.

As there was no mobile phone facility during that time, it was not possible to contact the family members and I could not know what to do?

Suddenly,

a coolie came to me and asked, “Why are you standing here?”

When I explained the situation he took me to an auto ricksha and told the driver, “ Please take  this gentleman quickly to Begumpet station so that he can catch the Konark Express.”

Without delay the auto left the station and moved very fast to reach Begumpet. But by the time we reached Konark Express has left Begumpet Station.

The auto driver told,”Sir, don’t worry. Let us go to the station master and request him to send a message to the next station to inform your family members on the moving Konark Express.”

But when we approached the Begumpet Station Master he told, “Station phone is out of order. Take this phone number of the next station and tell them to help.”

When we reached at the STD booth, many people were on the queue to phone to the next station with the same problem (left by Konark Express) but the phone was not working.

The auto driver told me,” Sir, you are going to Shiridi. You try, Baba may help you.”

Without any delay I prayed to Baba  and rang the number on the phone and He was correct.

The station master of the next station picked up the phone and I told him,

 “Sir,please tell my wife Harapriya travelling in Coach No.S3, Seat No.9 of Konark Express on arrival at your station to wait at Pune station waiting hall. I shall be reaching Pune by the next train.”

The station master replied, “ Your message will be conveyed accordingly on arrival of Konark Express.”

Then the auto driver took me the station master again and requested him to permit me to travel by the next train to Pune. 

To my surprise, the station master obliged and permitted the travel to Pune affixing his signature and seal on my journey ticket.

Then I paid the fare to the auto driver and thanked him for his guidance to solve a very difficult problem.

The auto driver simply smiled and said, “Sir, thank Him who has helped not me. Sai Ram”.

I had no words to speak. I simply folded my hands and said “Sai Ram”. He left and I closed my eyes to thank Baba.

Subsequently I boarded the next train, reached Pune and meet my family members who were anxiously waiting for me at the station.

On the next day we proceed to Shirdi and took the Darshan of Sai Baba.

Although this was my first visit to Shirdi still Baba was gracious to give me the opportunity to realize that once you decide to visit Shirdi,

He always take the burden on Him and help us to reach safely at Dwarakamayee.
