Shree Datta Sharanam Mama! …Maheneeyulu – 2020 – 27th September

The previous name of Brahmananda Saraswati was Govind Raju Ramappa. He was born on September 27th, 1863. He has spread the Datta Tradition in Andhra Pradesh.

In Shri Sai Sacharitra that Vasudevananda Saraswati at Rajamundry has sent a coconut through Dasganu was written.

Brahmananda Saraswati used to go to Narsobawadi and used to meet Vasudevananda Saraswati.

Brahmananda Swamy met Vasudevananda Swami at Rajahmundry ‘I got your darshan due to the blessings of Lord Parameshwara.

I wanted to install Datta Murthy through you in the Shankara Matham here. You have to fulfill my wish I hope he told Vasudevananda.

Maharaj agreed for this. In that Matham, on Magha Pournami day the Datta Murty was installed by Maharaj.

He used to install single faced Datta Murty so far, but this time with the wish of Brahmananda Swamy, three faced Datta Murty was installed. Dattatreya’s name there is ‘Bhakta Vatsala’.

When two days before Vasudevananda about to take Maha Samadhi, Brahmananda Saraswati appeared in the dream of Ganda Maharaj, and said that He would be coming to Garudeshwar immediately, and would perform the program later.

Similarly Brahmanandulu has informed Vidyananda Tertha also to come to Garudeswar.

There at the River Narmada waters Vasudevananda Saraswati has given Samadhi. With the instructions of Vasudevananda Saraswati, he has taken thousands of Golden Navarasas and Silver Coins, told them how to use them properly.

Once of a time Brahmananda Swami was travelling in a train. It stopped on the way.

It has not started despite driver tried his level best. Then Brahmananda Swamy hit the part of an engine it started working.

This was to be informed the driver and guard gone inside the compartment, but in the place of Guard, Brahmananda Swamy was in Meditation. Everyone was astonished to find this.

Another time, Brahmananda Swamy has invited eight people to Have Bhiksha.

Brahmananda has told them that he would go there at 11 AM next day. But whose house Brahmananda will go there was a big question.

Whose request has he accepted? Next day at 11 am next day he has gone to all houses.

SAI BABA used to appear at Dwarika Mayee and the farm of Dengle.

Brahmananda has written many writings including ‘Shree Dutta Saranam Mama’ he has written 108 verses in Sanskrit.

Today is September 27th. Let us remember Brahmananda Swamy.
