Dasganu was working in Police Department. He has come out successfully in the examinations for obtaining promotions in the department.

SAI BABA thought that it was not proper for Dasganu to work in Police Department. At last Dasganu left the police job as ordered by SAI BABA.

But the worry was how his day to day earnings for his livelihood would happen. ‘What will be my situation if I leave the job?’ Dasganu asked SAI BABA. ‘I would support to maintain’ said SAI BABA. Dasganu has understood that SAI BABA was making arrangements not to get scarcity for anything in life. That was enough.

Dasganu used to sing Hari Keertan (Hari Katha). Devotees put maximum money in the plate meant for Dakshina.

Dasganu never used that money for himself. He believed wholeheartedly that his Lord was SAI BABA.

Dasganu went to Madhya Pradesh as Devas King’s Guest in 1925. Dasganu has sung seven days for Shri Krishna Janmashtami (Generally comes in the month of August).

Everyone was happy with nectar of his songs (Hari Katha). Maharajah was also very happy.

Maharajah has given Rs. 101/ as Dakshina to Dasganu in a Silver Plate.

Dasganu gently refused to accept that money. Maharajah was clever and told that that money was ‘Gift from Shri Krishma’ (Shri Krishna Prasadame).Dasganu could not refuse those words of Maharajah, why because they were true.

Dasganu accepted that money. ‘Let us then distribute that Shri Krishna Prasadam’ said Dasganu.

With other Prasadams offered to Shri Krishna Dasganu has mixed this Rs. 101/  too and distributed to devotees. Maharajah was astonished at the time sense of Dasganu, and was happy.

The money we got need not necessarily be in terms of Rupees only. It would be SAI BABA’s Prasadam too that could be distributed to all.
